The challenge

Master Evento is a five-day training experience for bartenders in Rome: mixology, flair, bar management and social media, with a four-star hotel, guest professionals and themed parties at night. It is not a cheap course you buy on impulse. People apply, talk to the team and decide. That means the funnel cannot stop between editions. It needs a steady flow of the right applicants all year.

Our approach

We run lead generation that never switches off. The ads show what the five days actually feel like, the bar, the people and the nights, and send bartenders and bar owners to an application form.
